Campus Associate Pastor

Job Summary Supports the Campus Pastor by helping lead the day-to-day ministry operations of the St. Charles Campus while creating healthy systems, developing volunteers, strengthening pastoral care, and ensuring excellent weekly worship experiences. This role helps maintain strong leadership presence and operational effectiveness while the Campus Pastor also serves broader responsibilities within Element Church. Associate Campus Pastor Responsibilities Serve as a key member of the campus pastoral team, contributing to campus-wide initiatives and strategies. Support the Campus Pastor in providing pastoral care for individuals and families (prayer, counseling, hospital visits, crisis care). Assist with campus-wide leadership development and discipleship efforts. Contribute to the planning and execution of campus-wide events, outreach, and special services. Champion the vision and values of Element Church at the campus level, ensuring alignment with central leadership. Serve as a bridge of communication between campus and central, sharing wins, tensions, needs, and feedback. Assist with weekend service responsibilities, including hosting, prayer, or teaching as assigned by the Campus Pastor. Lead through pastors and lay leaders all ministries happening at the campus including Kids, Youth, Young Adults, Men’s, and Women’s. Foster a culture of excellence, care, and intentional discipleship across all ministries. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications A personal and growing relationship with Jesus Christ, with a passion for evangelism and discipling. Alignment with Element Church’s mission, vision, and core values. Proven leadership experience in pastoral ministry. Strong communication, organizational, and relational skills. Ability to recruit, develop, and lead teams of volunteers. Teachable spirit with a collaborative leadership style. Bachelor’s degree in ministry or related field preferred; ministry experience may substitute. Ordained or pursuing ordination (preferred but not required). Calling – A clear and growing sense of pastoral calling to shepherd and care for God’s people.
