Senior Solutions Architect at BairesDev

As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will provide technical leadership and design scalable enterprise system architectures that align with business goals. You will act as a key guide for engineering teams and stakeholders, ensuring complex requirements are translated into robust, secure cloud and integration designs.

What You'll Do

• Lead the discovery phase to uncover technical requirements and define architectural blueprints.
• Design comprehensive solution architectures and cloud integration frameworks across enterprise systems.
• Provide strong technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams, steering them toward successful execution.
• Maintain alignment among key business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Create detailed technical documentation, architectural diagrams, and system specifications to guide development.

What We Are Looking For

• 8+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Systems Engineering, or a related senior technical role.
• Proven expertise in solution and systems architecture and cloud integration design.
• Strong ability in technical leadership, mentoring team members, and ensuring stakeholder alignment.
• Solid experience in requirements discovery, technical documentation, and creating diagrams.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
