Key Responsibilities

• Lead crews installing commercial mechanical, electrical, and specialty systems on active jobsites.

• Coordinate daily field operations, manpower planning, and material logistics.

• Partner with project managers and detailers to align field execution with design.

• Enforce safety, quality, and productivity standards on every project.

• Develop foremen and apprentices through hands-on coaching and feedback.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a related field leadership role within commercial construction, energy services, or related industries.

• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage priorities, deadlines, and cross-functional relationships.

• Comfort working in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Industry certifications, licenses, or formal training relevant to the role.

• Experience supporting large commercial, data center, healthcare, life science, or institutional projects.
