Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility
• State licensure (or ability to obtain before the start date)
• Experience across pediatric populations, especially K–12
• Familiarity with individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Strong collaboration and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech and language disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of services
• Offer guidance and education to families on communication development
