What We’re Looking For:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain prior to the assignment’s start)
• Experience with pediatric populations in educational settings preferred
• Strong clinical skills addressing speech, language, social communication, and cognitive-communication needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with students, families, and educational staff
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings and comprehensive assessments for students with suspected speech and language disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
• Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services in accordance with IEP goals
• Maintain thorough documentation of assessments, interventions, and progress notes
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to facilitate student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise on communication disorders
