Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current SLP-CCC certification required
• Active or eligible Montana state licensure for SLPs
• Prior experience with K-12 students strongly preferred
• Skilled in IEP development and implementation
• Proven ability to supervise and support SLPAs effectively

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse K-12 caseload, focusing on individualized educational plans (IEPs)
• Oversee and mentor two Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs)
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to optimize student outcomes
• Maintain detailed documentation and progress notes in compliance with state and district guidelines
• Participate in student evaluations, eligibility meetings, and parent conferences as needed
