Internal Medicine Physician - Napa Providence Medical Group is seeking a full-time Internal Medicine physician to join its team in Napa, California. This is a team-oriented practice highly dedicated towards its mission to care for the poor and vulnerable where you will be primarily providing care to the geriatric population. The Value of Working with Us • Outpatient care only • Monday to Friday schedule, including admin time • Light call schedule • Ability to build your own patient panel • Competitive compensation with a 2-year salary guarantee, comprehensive benefits package and 5-6 weeks per year of time away from practice for vacation/holiday/CME time • Shareholder track opportunity starting in year 3 with additional perks and annual bonuses worth more than $1M over the course of a full career • Generous, multiyear sign-on bonus and relocation assistance package • Providence Medical Group providers are eligible for the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program • Residency/fellowship stipend up to $2,000 per month and robust student loan repayment program up to $120,000 available for qualifying candidates • Compensation is between $308,406 and $335,406 per year • Earnings potential for seasoned clinicians exceeds $400k The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, a CME allowance and other benefits offered by the medical group.
