Outpatient Registered Nurse, Electrophysiology (Westerville)

Job Description Summary Schedule: Mon‑Fri, no weekends & no holidays Hours: 6:30 am‑5:30 pm Will work 3 days a week on 8‑hour shifts. Days of the week are determined by business needs. About the Role Join the Heart & Vascular team! This role offers a dynamic environment where you can collaborate with team members to provide comprehensive care to cardiac patients. You will provide case management support and will help with patient education. In addition, you will use your clinical expertise to address triage and medical decisions. The practice includes 50 providers and works with a great team of nurses! Orientation is typically 12 weeks and we have a learning culture with tenured staff of 10+ years to support onboarding needs. Responsibilities and Duties 30% Assessment/Diagnosis Performs initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessment as applicable to the population and or individual. 30% Outcomes Identification/Planning Based on nursing diagnoses and collaborative problems, documents planned nursing interventions to achieve outcomes appropriate to patient needs. 20% Implementation/Evaluation Evaluates and documents response to nursing interventions and achievement of outcomes at appropriately determined intervals; as part of a multidisciplinary team, revises plan of care based on evaluative data. 10% Leadership Actively participates in process improvement activities to achieve targeted measures of clinical quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance. 10% Operations As a High Reliability Organization (HRO), responsibilities require focus on safety, quality and efficiency in performing job duties. Minimum Qualifications Associate's Degree (Required) BTLS – Basic Trauma Life Support – American Heart Association, CPR – Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation – American Red Cross, RN – Registered Nurse – Ohio Board of Nursing. Preferred Experience 2+ years of Heart and Vascular experience Ambulatory experience is a plus!
