Negotiations Support Liaison

A legal liaison acts as the communication bridge between an organization and legal stakeholders. They ensure smooth information flow, regulatory compliance, and efficient handling of legal processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate communication between internal departments, attorneys, courts, and external agencies.
- Interpret legal documents and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Coordinate legal matters, including case scheduling, documentation, and pretrial preparation.
- Manage and organize legal files, records, and correspondence.
- Assist staff in understanding legal procedures and requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with courts, law enforcement, district attorneys, and advocacy organizations.
- Support dispute resolution and provide accurate legal information to stakeholders.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information.
