Warehouse Shift Supervisor

Warehouse Shift Supervisor Location: Indianapolis, IN. Schedule: 2nd Shift Monday‑Friday 3:00p.m. – 11:30p.m., with flexibility for additional hours. Pay: $75,000 per year (exempt salary). Paid twice per month. Eligible for annual bonus, commission, and long‑term incentive based on level. Responsibilities Oversee day‑to‑day operations within the assigned function and guide direct reports to achieve daily operational goals. Provide customer service satisfaction and expectation management. Manage staffing performance, performance reviews, and development of exempt and non‑exempt employees. Plan and schedule daily workload. Maintain health and safety compliance with state, local, and federal regulations. Provide off‑shift support during critical customer network disruptions or crises. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics or Supply Chain preferred. Two (2) or more years of experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or related field. One (1) or more years of direct supervisory/leadership experience. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access). Advanced knowledge of logistics industry, customer/company local/federal regulations, and manufacturing & production. Intermediate knowledge of Supply Chain Management fundamentals. Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to create and maintain professional relationships at all organization levels. Self‑driven, flexible, and able to operate in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent time‑management skills and ability to multitask.
