Job Overview:

Pay Range: $30.27hr - $35.27hr

Requirement/Must Have:

• 5-8 years of experience.
• High school diploma required.
• Familiarity with MS Office required.
• Strong organizational skills for high volume work.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Provides administrative support to a department or individual.
• Performs word processing, filing, faxing, and answering phones.
• Receives and directs visitors.
• Schedules and coordinates meetings and conferences.
• Maintains financial records.
• Obtains supplies and sorts/distributes mail.
• Works on special projects as assigned.
• Responsible for receiving work from intake and assigning to planners.
• Schedules SBL requests and manages spreadsheets.
• Serves as a liaison between planners and multiple groups.
