We are a family-oriented dental practice with over 26 years in business, seeking a Dental Hygienist to join our team full time or part-time with the potential to transition to full-time by years end/early 2027. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong work ethic, punctuality, and excellent patient rapport. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including 401k match, dental insurance, and paid time off.
Responsibilities
- Provide regular patient care during appointments
- Perform dental cleanings and oral hygiene education
- Conduct X-ray imaging and maintain accurate records
- Implement infection control protocols
- Engage and communicate effectively with patients
- Collaborate with dental assistants while working independently
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in dental hygiene
- Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) License
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Dental Hygiene or related field
- Experience in patient care and oral health education
- Knowledge of infection control and dental radiography
- Proficient in charting, record keeping, and time management
- Strong communication skills
