Server Assistant Part Time Tulsa, OK, US 7 days ago Requisition ID: 1072 Salary Range: $11.00 To $13.00 Annually Who You Are: A vital member of the Service team, the Server Assistant role encompasses setting up the dining room, setting tables, clearing tables, pouring water, running food, working with servers, resetting the dining room, polishing glassware and various tasks that support service at the restaurant. What You’ll Do: Consistently support a culture of exceptional service and hospitality. Demonstrate a passion for food and hospitality with a sound understanding of menu items including preparations, ingredients, and plating. Follow proper steps of service, delivering food to our members and guests in an accurate, efficient, and hospitable manner. Communicate effectively with all members of the kitchen and service teams at all times. Support the team with setup, breakdown, and any additional needs to ensure a smooth and successful service period. Perform additional responsibilities as needed and other duties as assigned to support team objectives and operational success. What We Need From You: 1+ years of experience in a support or server role in a full-service restaurant preferred, but not required Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time Ability to balance & carry multiple plates, glass racks and or/glasses, and lift objects up to 30 lbs.
