Must be able to communicate effectively with community team members and provide outstanding customer service. General Accountabilities: Perform routine and scheduled maintenance across multiple units include make-ready repairs Diagnose and repair problems with HVAC and water systems Painting Plumbing maintenance and repair Pressure washing Electrical maintenance and repair (i.e. light bulb change, smoke detectors, light fixtures, ceiling fans, etc.) Perform move-in/out and semi-annual inspections alongside Property Manager Preventative or seasonal maintenance Orders parts, supplies, or equipment Performs general cleaning duties of properties which may include junk removal #J-18808-Ljbffr Forestwood Property Management
