Associate Sales Representative - JR - Bronx, NY

Associate Sales Representative role supporting joint replacement product sales in the Bronx. Candidate will assist with case coverage, product evaluations in surgical and office settings, territory development, and customer education while building sales skills through mentorship.
Responsibilities
- Assist Sales Representative in promoting and selling joint replacement products to healthcare customers
- Conduct product evaluations and demonstrations in operating rooms and office environments
- Monitor territory progress, manage sample inventory, and communicate updates to sales team
- Provide onsite technical support, troubleshoot product problems, and educate medical staff
- Maintain on-call availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays for urgent customer needs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, or Associate's degree with medical certification and 2+ years experience
- High school diploma with 4+ years related experience, or 4+ years active military service
- Valid driver's license and fluency in written and spoken English
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
- Medical-related or B2B sales experience preferred
- Team leadership experience or sales/marketing internship experience preferred
Compensation: $72,100–$90,000 base, eligible for commission and bonuses
