Employee Relations Specialist

Employee Relations Specialist – up to $120k - Century City Prestigious law firm seeks a dynamic HR professional to join its team as an Employee Relations Specialist . This is an exciting opportunity to work in a high-performing, employee-centered environment where you’ll play a key role across the full employee lifecycle - from onboarding and engagement to performance management, coaching, and employee relations. Responsibilities Lead onboarding and new hire integration Partner with managers to support performance management, coaching, and employee development Manage employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary processes, and terminations Support annual performance reviews and mid-year check-ins Ensure compliance with employment laws and oversee required training programs Contribute to HR programs, policies, and employee engagement initiatives Hybrid model – 2 days in office, 3 days remote A base up to $120k, plus a generous bonus, and comprehensive benefits package Amazing company culture and team-focused firm Qualifications A bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field is ideal A solid understanding of employment law and HR best practices Strong communication skills, extreme organization, and a solid problem-solving ability If you have 5+ years of HR experience with a focus on employee relations and performance management, we’d love to hear from you!
