Bassett Healthcare Network , a progressive, academic health system in central New York, a major teaching affiliate of Columbia University, is seeking a Dentist to join our staff.

Bassett Healthcare Network is an integrated healthcare system that provides care and service to people living in an eight-county region covering 5,600 square miles in Central New York. The organization includes five corporately affiliated hospitals, as well as skilled nursing facilities, community and school-based health centers, and health partners in related fields.

Job Description & Responsibilities:

1. Join an established group of general dentists, hygienists and oral surgeons.
2. Applicants must possess outstanding communication and documentation skills, be able to function independently and as part of a team, and be competent in all aspects of general dentistry, including behavior management for children and special needs patients.
3. EPIC Wisdom integrated medical-dental records, digital radiography
4. Minimal evening and weekend phone calls shared among network dentists
5. Salary Range: $174,736 - $189,785 . This compensation range represents Bassett Healthcare’s good-faith belief in the compensation range at the time of this posting or advertisement. Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
6. Sign-On Bonus up to $100,000
7. Group Employed Model
