Mergers and Acquisitions Manager

Must-Haves:

• 2+ years Investment Banking experience, preferably TMT (Technology, Media & Telecom) or M&A
• 2+ years Private Equity, Venture Capital, Corporate Development, Strategic Finance, Big 4 Transaction Advisory, or equivalent consulting experience
• Strong buy-side M&A transaction experience
• Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills
• Experience conducting due diligence and evaluating transaction opportunities
• Ability to manage full transaction lifecycle from diligence through execution
• Strong written communication and presentation development skills
• Experience presenting analyses and recommendations to senior leadership, CFO, and CEO-level stakeholders
• Ability to thrive in a small, lean team environment
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Professional, team-oriented, and able to hit the ground running
• Strong business judgment and decision-making skills under pressure

Job Description:

Insight Global is seeking a Manager, M&A & Corp Finance for a leading Media, Telecommunications, and Technology-focused organization. This individual will join a highly visible and collaborative team responsible for evaluating and executing strategic acquisitions and investments. The ideal candidate brings strong buy-side M&A experience, exceptional financial modeling skills, and the ability to conduct rigorous due diligence on complex transactions ranging from approximately $50M to over $1B in value. This role offers direct exposure to executive leadership, including the CFO and CEO, and requires someone comfortable creating and presenting investment recommendations, managing full transaction processes, and partnering with internal and external stakeholders. The team is seeking a hands-on, polished professional who can immediately contribute in a fast-paced environment while remaining collaborative, adaptable, and team-focused.

This role is paying between $130-150K base + 10% bonus target
