Manager, Financial Reporting | Up to $140K

We’re seeking a technically strong accounting professional to join a growing Controllership team in a key financial reporting role.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial consolidations across multiple entities.
Prepare consolidated financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS and strengthen internal controls around financial reporting.
Oversee intercompany reconciliations, eliminations, equity accounts, and key balance sheet reconciliations.
Support management reporting, technical accounting research, and internal and external audits.
Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve data integrity using advanced Excel, ERP systems, and business intelligence tools.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
5–7 years of relevant accounting and financial reporting experience.
Strong knowledge of GAAP, consolidations, and general ledger accounting.
CPA strongly preferred.
Advanced Excel skills; experience with NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Power Query, or BI reporting tools is a plus.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
