Commercial Hvac Project ManagerCommercial HVAC Project Manager needed! Responsibilities include ensuring quality projects are built on time and within budget, providing periodic status and end of contract cost and budget analysis, reviewing project estimates, and verifying accuracy of entry into job cost system. Other duties include reviewing various reports to determine project status, conducting pre-job planning meetings, establishing and executing subcontracts, communicating all project issues to management, assembling project estimates, preparing and submitting monthly contract billings, managing conflict resolution, identifying and developing policies for continuous improvement, and performing work inspections at job sites.Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Construction Sciences, Mechanical Engineering or similar engineering degree, 2-5 years of experience in commercial MEP project management, excellent organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach.All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, age, color, sex (including pregnancy), religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, military status, genetic information, or any other status protected by applicable laws or regulations.
