JOB TITLE: Roofers Needed, start ASAP and Work OT!

Job Summary

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Roofers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience installing, repairing, and maintaining residential and commercial roofing systems. This role requires working at heights, operating roofing tools and equipment, and following all company safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and replace roofing systems including shingles, metal, tile, and flat roofs

• Inspect roofs for damage and determine appropriate repair solutions

• Remove old roofing materials and prepare surfaces for installation

• Measure and cut roofing materials to specifications

• Install flashing, insulation, vents, and waterproofing materials

• Ensure all work meets building codes and company quality standards

• Maintain a safe and clean job site

• Load and unload materials and equipment

• Work collaboratively with crew members and supervisors

Qualifications

• Previous roofing experience preferred

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

• Comfortable working at heights and on ladders

• Knowledge of roofing materials, tools, and installation techniques

• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds

• Strong attention to detail and workmanship

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred

• OSHA certification is a plus

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Grafton, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $40.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
