Roofers Needed, Start ASAP and Work OT!We are seeking reliable and hardworking Roofers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience installing, repairing, and maintaining residential and commercial roofing systems. This role requires working at heights, operating roofing tools and equipment, and following all company safety procedures.ResponsibilitiesInstall, repair, and replace roofing systems including shingles, metal, tile, and flat roofsInspect roofs for damage and determine appropriate repair solutionsRemove old roofing materials and prepare surfaces for installationMeasure and cut roofing materials to specificationsInstall flashing, insulation, vents, and waterproofing materialsEnsure all work meets building codes and company quality standardsMaintain a safe and clean job siteLoad and unload materials and equipmentWork collaboratively with crew members and supervisorsQualificationsPrevious roofing experience preferredAbility to work outdoors in various weather conditionsComfortable working at heights and on laddersKnowledge of roofing materials, tools, and installation techniquesAbility to lift up to 75 poundsStrong attention to detail and workmanshipReliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferredOSHA certification is a plusBenefitsCompetitive payOvertime opportunitiesHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time offCompany-provided safety equipmentTraining and career advancement opportunitiesScheduleMonday through FridayOccasional weekends as needed8-10 hour shiftsJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Grafton, WI.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $40.00/hr.
