Key Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for an assigned patient or group of patients in accordance with established standards of care and the nursing process
• Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff
• Coordinate patient care with other clinical disciplines
• Apply critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment in all aspects of patient care

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
• Epic and Cerner EMR experience within the last 5 years (each work history entry must identify the charting system used, with dates provided if multiple systems were used within the same role)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor
• AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS certification
• Must have successfully completed prior employment or a contract assignment — no gaps in verifiable work history
• No time-off requests (RTO); start date is firm

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Acute care facility experience
