Key Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for an assigned patient or group of patients in accordance with established standards of care and the nursing process
• Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff
• Coordinate patient care with other disciplines and departments
• Apply critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment in clinical decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor
• AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS certification
• Epic and Cerner EMR experience within the last 5 years
• Each work history entry must clearly indicate the charting system used; if multiple EMR systems were used within a single role, dates must be provided to clarify when each system was utilized

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Acute care facility experience
