Job Title: Residential Supervisor
Pay: $22 hour + Shift Differentials + $1,200 Sign-On Bonus
Location: Bellefonte, PA
Schedule: Full-Time, 40h/week 

Schedule & Pay

• Starting pay: $22/hour
• $1,200 sign-on bonus
• Shift Differentials: Additional +$1/hour for nights, weekends, and holidays
• This is a full-time role split into 32 hours of direct care per week and 8 hours per week of administrative work. As the agency's needs change, this position could also be split 20/20. 
• This position requires participation in an on-call rotation.

Required Qualifications

• 18+ years of age
• 30 credit hours from an accredited college or university and experience working directly with persons with developmental disabilities and/or behavioral health needs  OR A High School Diploma or equivalent and 6 months of experience working directly with persons with developmental disabilities and/or behavioral health needs. 
• Valid driver's license
• Able to pass required physical, and TB screening
• Able to assist with physical supports including lifting, bending, standing, and transferring as needed
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise & support direct care staff (scheduling, training, performance management, etc.)

• Ensure care plans and individual support plans (ISPs) are implemented & updated

• Maintain compliance with state licensing regulations, agency policies, and health/safety standards

• Provide crisis intervention and emergency response when needed

• Coordinate with families, case managers, medical professionals, and other stakeholders

• Monitor household budgets, inventories, and medication administration

• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for all residents and staff activities

• Foster a supportive and respectful home environment for residents

• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to after-hours emergencies
