Hands-On Operations Leader for Car Wash & Oil Change

Squeaky Clean is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee two car-wash locations, including the Pennzoil 10-Minute Oil Change site at 350 HWY. This role requires hands-on leadership—working alongside staff, troubleshooting equipment, and ensuring daily operations stay safe, staffed, and well-supplied. You will hire, train, schedule, coach, and, when necessary, terminate employees; review timecards and payroll; and manage vendor relationships while maintaining standards across both sites. #J-18808-Ljbffr End Of Times Llc
