Your Role as a Store Team Lead: As a vital part of our team, you will: Oversee daily store operations to ensure everything runs smoothly. Inspire and motivate team members to meet and exceed goals. Jump in where needed- running the cash register, organizing merchandise, or monitoring store performance metrics.
