Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Director to oversee our SUD/MH facility and clinical operations near Davie, FL. The Clinical Director will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care while maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards.

Position : Director of Clinical Operations

Location : Davie, FL 33314

Schedule : M-F, day shifts (Full time - W2)

Duties

Manage and supervise clinical staff to ensure efficient operations
Develop and implement policies and procedures in line with JCAHO standards
Oversee healthcare management activities to optimize patient outcomes
Collaborate with medical management teams to enhance patient care services
Monitor and evaluate clinical programs for effectiveness and quality improvement

Requirements

Full Licensure in the Florida Area: LCSW, LMHC, LPC or LMFT
Clinical supervisor experience required
Experience with PHP/IOP housing required
Experience with KIPU preferred
Strong leader with operations experience highly desired
Proven experience in a clinical leadership role
Strong knowledge of JCAHO regulations and healthcare management practice
