Receptionist As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing essential administrative support to a department or office. This role involves a variety of tasks including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, setting up meeting rooms, and managing incoming mail and packages. Responsibilities Greet visitors and assist them with their inquiries. Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual. Set up and maintain meeting rooms. Receive and manage incoming mail and packages. Direct traffic and ensure the front desk operates smoothly. Essential Skills Proficiency in English. Experience in front desk operations. Strong customer service skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability to perform data entry tasks accurately. Additional Skills & Qualifications Previous administrative or clerical experience is advantageous. Work Environment This position is based in Phoenix at N Norterra Parkway, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM. The role requires a professional dress code and involves working in-person, primarily seated at the front desk. The initial assignment duration is 6 weeks, with the possibility of extension. There is potential for conversion to a full-time position, though details are currently unclear. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Phoenix, AZ.
