Dealership: L0378 Bell Road Toyota Bell Road Toyota Now Hiring – Body Shop Receptionist Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour (DOE) Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm, closed Saturdays & Sundays Why Join Our Team? If you take pride in your work and enjoy being part of a team that supports one another, we want to meet you. What You'll Do Answer incoming phone calls and provide excellent customer service. Open, update, and close repair orders. Process customer payments and handle daily deposits. Obtain customer contact information and provide repair status updates. Maintain accurate records in CCC One, ARMS, and Body Shop Management Software. Track customer satisfaction surveys, event logs, and delivery date commitments. Review open repair orders daily with estimators and update production status. Coordinate with insurance companies and schedule estimate appointments. Ensure repair order documentation is complete and comply with company guidelines. Collaborate with management, estimators, and support teams to improve operations and enhance the customer experience.
