Governance ISM

Responsibilities:- Responsible for providing oversight, direction, and management of ITIL, ITIM, ISO/IEC 27002, and other industry-recognized Governance frameworks- Train and mentor government staff in IT Governance best practices- Create IT metrics and develop key performance indicators, criterion, and critical success factors for IT investments- Responsible for design and implementation of standards and best practices in governance- Critical IT processes and how those processes impact IT's efficiency and effectiveness, including IT change management- Responsible for System Development Life Cycles (SDLCs)- Attends and participates within the Change Control Board/Change Approval Board (CCB/CAB) meetings as needed- Authors relative documentation and/or SOPs as needed or required by PWS/SOW- Responsible to fully document assigned tickets to show all work performed in order to pass SLRs- Responsible to maintain accurate CMDB entries for assigned tickets or tasks- Responsible to create, track, and work to resolution Normal and Standard job related Change RequestsQualifications:- US Citizenship required- Previous consulting experience with Federal Agencies- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an eye for attention to detail for policy documentation- Exhibit strong collaboration skills with the ability to positively influence all levels of management- Familiarity with federal government systems and operations- Ability to multi task, work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment- Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills- Knowledge of configuration management practices- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities- Aptitude for working autonomously and prioritizing workload to achieve goals- Typically requires BS degree and 8 years of relevant experience.
