The Recruiting Assistant is responsible for supporting talent acquisition activities for the agency by supporting the recruiting team with pre-screening activities, employee onboarding, system updates, and other administrative tasks. Compensation Range: The starting pay for this position is $18.75 - $21.56 hourly rate, and is based on non-discriminatory factors such as skills and experience. Employer-paid benefits including dental, vision, life, and short-term disability insurance Retirement program with generous company default contribution and match Generous PTO program starting at 18 days annually 16 paid holidays, including 3 floating holidays Paid parental leave Student loan forgiveness eligibility, including Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF), HRSA, and more Qualifications: Required High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) At least 2+ years of experience providing support in human resources, onboarding, recruiting, and/or talent acquisition activities Proficient with computers and Microsoft office products including Word, Outlook, and Excel General understanding of computer hardware and software systems Ability to format documents and use proper grammar, punctuation, and spell check Ability to analyze information, research issues, pay attention to detail, and meet deadlines Ability to operate standard office machines such as photocopiers, faxes, computers, and video/tele-conferencing equipment Ability to understand and value cultural and ethnic differences, their alternatives perspectives, lifestyles, etc. Ability to work collaboratively and build positive working relationships Ability to communicate effectively, professionally, and courteously Ability to use discretion and judgmental when handling matters of a sensitive or confidential nature Ability to be forward thinking and take initiative to accomplish goals and objectives of the department Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment with the usual pressures of managing multiple priorities with time constraints Preferred Prior experience utilizing applicant tracking systems and human resource information systems Experience with Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, SharePoint and/or Smartsheet Additional Eligibility Requirements: Valid and unrestricted Michigan Driver's License Reliable transportation and current proof of auto insurance About CNS Healthcare: CNS Healthcare (CNS) is a non-profit, Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) with seven clinics and two clubhouses in Southeast Michigan.
