Training and Development Specialist

Training And Development Specialist EverStaff is seeking an experienced Training and Development Specialist to support a highly respected firm. This individual will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering firmwide training initiatives that align with strategic goals and support both attorneys and staff across multiple locations. Responsibilities include designing, developing, and implementing firmwide training and professional development programs, assessing organizational training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultation with leadership, creating and implementing a comprehensive training program for Legal Administrative Assistants, planning, organizing, and facilitating engaging training sessions using adult-learning principles, developing training materials including manuals, guides, presentations, and e-learning modules, evaluating external training resources and recommending effective solutions, enhancing and managing the firm's New Hire Orientation program, overseeing the firm's Learning Management System (LMS) and training databases, coordinating training logistics including scheduling, enrollment tracking, cost monitoring, and reporting, measuring training effectiveness and recommending continuous improvement strategies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required, 35 years of experience in training and development, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment, demonstrated experience designing and delivering structured training programs, strong presentation and facilitation skills, excellent verbal and written communication abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), experience working with Learning Management Systems and training technologies, ability to communicate complex information clearly to diverse audiences, strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. #J-18808-Ljbffr EverStaff
