- Experience: 2 years of outpatient clinic experience
- CA LVN
- Certs: BLS (AHA or ARC only), IV, and Blood withdrawal
- Hard Stops: EPIC, Sterile field, EVLT, vein ablation, venipuncture
Job Details:
- Shift: 3x8 between 0700-1800. Will start as Monday-Wednesday. As caseload builds, could increase to 4x8 or 5x8 with additional weekday work.
- Weekend REQ: No
- Floating REQ: Yes, both internally and externally to other specialty clinics (rare)
- On-Call REQ: No
- Pending license: NO, must be active at time of submission
- NO SCHEDULING REQUESTS CAN BE ACCOMMODATED.
