Contract Details

• Position Type: Contract
• Contract Duration: 3 months
• Pay Rate: $42.00 / Hour (USD)
• Shift / Schedule: Day shift, 5x8 Hours, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Work Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Required Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an outpatient setting

Required Skills

• Phlebotomy skills
• IV start skills
• IV certification
• Blood withdrawal certification

Education Requirements

• CA LVN license required — must be active at time of submission (no pending licenses accepted)
• BLS certification required (AHA or ARC only)

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

• Weekend requirement: 1 weekend per month
• Floating required
• No on-call requirement
• No scheduling requests can be accommodated
