This role blends business analysis, application support, and operational coordination. The work: serving as liaison between business units, technical teams, vendors, and leadership. Gathering business needs and translating them into actionable requirements. Preparing business cases, requirements documentation, user stories, workflows, and executive summaries. Coordinating competing priorities across teams with proactive follow-up. Supporting mission-critical applications (WAM, CC&B). Assisting with hardware lifecycle activities, purchase orders, procurement documentation, and SAP/SRM budget review and shopping carts. Maintaining documentation, records, and SharePoint content.
