They provide a positive work environment, opportunities for personal and professional development, and competitive compensation package including a base salary up to 145K with the potential for bonuses and comprehensive benefits.Key ResponsibilitiesDeveloping structural systems for various projects such as manufacturing facilities, distribution centers, data centers, commercial buildings, self-storage facilities, churches, historical buildings, public sector structures, retail spaces, adaptive reuse projects, renovations, and analyzing existing facilities.Engaging with clients, participating in meetings with clients, architects, and contractors, reviewing structural plans, overseeing and mentoring junior staff members.Performing structural calculations, overseeing the creation of construction documents, reviewing shop drawings and submittals, conducting site visits, and responding to Requests for Information (RFIs).Coordinating information among different departments to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations and the company's quality standards.Experience in wood, steel, light gage steel, concrete, post-tensioned concrete, and masonry design for low to mid-rise buildings.Strong foundation system design knowledge for shallow and deep foundations.Minimum of 8 years of experience in the field of structural engineering.Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow.Active professional license required.Expertise in seismic design expected.Ability to interpret relevant building codes for specific project locations and apply them accordingly.Familiarity with Revit software preferred.Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced team setting and meeting project deadlines.Proficiency in industry software like Microsoft tools, Bentley (RAM) programs, RISA, EnerCalc, Adapt, etc.Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential.Project management skills and experience are a must.Demonstrated leadership skills within a team environment.
