You combine business acumen, analytical rigor, and people leadership to solve complex challenges and drive measurable results.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, business analytics, cloud finance, or related disciplines.5+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams.Deep expertise in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, management reporting, and month-end close.Experience leading reporting, analytics, or business intelligence initiatives using SQL and enterprise reporting platforms.Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills with advanced Excel proficiency and enterprise planning tools.Outstanding communication and executive presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across business and technical organizations.Bonus Points If You HaveExperience supporting cloud infrastructure, hyperscale technology, or data center organizations.Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or public cloud financial management.Experience with SQL, Oracle Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics platforms.Proven success leading reporting modernization, automation, or data governance initiatives.MBA, CPA, CFA, or other relevant professional certification.If you're energized by solving complex problems, developing exceptional people, and driving strategic business outcomes through data, we'd love to hear from you.Full timePosting Date: 2026-07-31
