Industrial Forklift Operator
Our client, a leader in the metal manufacturing industry, is seeking a Warehouse Forklift Operator to join their team.
Location: Orange, CA
Pay Range: $22.00 P/H
Training on 1st Shift: M-F 6:00AM to 2:30PM Permanent 2nd Shift: M-F 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM
Requirements
- Must be able to train on 1st shift for a week and the transfer to 2nd Shift (See schedule above)
- The pay rate for this position is set at $22/hour and is not open for negotiation.
- 3 years' experience operating a Sit-Down Forklift in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to manually lift up to 40 lbs. and operate powered pallet jacks.
- Basic math skills for inventory counts and routine calculations.
- Familiarity with safety practices and good manufacturing principles.

- Safely operate material handling equipment for accurate shipping and receiving.
- Perform inventory counts, staging, locating, picking, and relocating products.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP standards and maintain good documentation practices.
- Conduct critical control checks and resolve safety or quality compliance issues.
- Assist in training others and take on additional duties as needed.
