This position is for a Registered Nurse Manager specializing in patient care management in an onsite setting in New Paltz, NY. It is a full-time role with weekday shifts and rotating Saturdays. Candidates must possess strong clinical management skills and experience in a healthcare environment.
Location: New Paltz, NY (Onsite)
Employment Type: Full Time - Mon-Fri 08:00am-04:00pm (Rotating Saturdays)
Compensation: Pay Range: $80,000-$90000 Per Year
Requirements:
- AAS/BS in Nursing or equivalent Bachelor's Degree
- Three years' experience in Ambulatory/Medical Surgery/ER setting preferred
- Two years nursing experience preferred
- Bilingual, Spanish preferred
- Licensed Registered Nurse in New York State
- Current BCLS
- Current Infection Control Certificate
Qualifications:
- Experience in patient care management
- Ability to guide care teams effectively
- Proficient in basic computer skills
- Experience in venipuncture and medication administration
- Proficiency in telephone triage and diagnosis procedures
