International Employment Associate Attorney

Associate Attorney – International Employment Direct Counsel is seeking an International Employment Associate Attorney to join a leading global law firm. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated, cross-border employment matters and collaborate with attorneys across international offices. About the Role The associate will provide strategic employment counseling to clients ranging from emerging growth companies to Fortune 500 corporations. Responsibilities include: Conducting employment diligence and advising on employment aspects of corporate transactions Drafting and negotiating employment, retention, and related agreements Advising on reductions in force, terminations, and mobility issues Counseling on restrictive covenants, employment policies, and global compliance matters This position is ideal for an attorney who enjoys complex, multinational work and a collaborative, high-performing environment.
