Overview David Weekley Homes is seeking highly motivated,experiencedsales professionals to joinour Portland team. We're looking for people that realize the importance of this role andhow it impacts not only the company but the experience that our customers have in their home buying experience. Responsibilities Meeting monthly/quarterly sales goals Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction Prospecting, marketing & promoting new business Following up with prospects throughout the sales process Maintaining a relationship with the Realtor community Working andcommunicating effectively with customers andteam members Understanding the loan process Ability to work weekends, evenings & some holidays Qualifications Previous new home sales experience working for a new home builder A proven background in prospecting Strong communication skills both verbal and written, with the ability to talk in pictures Great listening skills andcreative problem-solving abilities Proactive follow-up with prospective customers Successful marketing strategies A high level of enthusiasm and energy Demonstrates a high level of integrity Ability to work as part of a team, as well as individually Strong organizational skills Ability to prioritize & multi-task Additional Information What We Offer Come build your future with our winning team, recognized by Fortune Magazine as one of the "100 Best Companies to Work For" 19 times!
