SFMC SMS Enablement Lead - BC/BS Horizon

DescriptionKforce has a client that is seeking a SFMC SMS Enablement Lead in Armonk, NY.Summary:The SFMC SMS Enablement Lead will support the implementation and expansion of SMS capabilities within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This role will lead the technical and functional setup of compliant, scalable SMS communications integrated with existing marketing, CRM, and enterprise data platforms.Key Responsibilities:* Lead SMS enablement within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including MobileConnect* Configure SMS journeys, keywords, short codes, automated messaging, and opt-in/opt-out processes* Partner with business, marketing, compliance, and technical teams to define requirements* Build customer journeys using Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, and Data Extensions* Support integrations between SFMC, CRM systems, APIs, and enterprise data sources* Ensure SMS communications meet privacy, consent, and regulatory requirements* Develop test plans and support campaign validation, deployment, troubleshooting, and optimization* Establish governance, documentation, and implementation of best practices* Provide technical guidance to developers and project stakeholdersRequirements* Strong Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience* Hands-on experience implementing SMS campaigns through MobileConnect* Experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, and Data Extensions* Experience integrating SFMC with CRM platforms, APIs, and enterprise data systems* Knowledge of SMS consent management and opt-in/opt-out requirements* Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills* Ability to lead SMS initiatives from requirements through deploymentPreferred Qualifications:* Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications* Experience in regulated or highly compliant industries* Experience supporting large-scale customer-engagement programs* Familiarity with privacy, consent, and mobile-messaging regulationsJob TypeContractCompensation65 - $75
