Anytime fitness is a whole health coaching service with 24/7 support and access to 5000+ locations. We put our members and prospects first, and always strive to provide an optimal coaching experience. We believe that healthy happens when commitment comes with a coach, which is why we offer coaching memberships that include personal training instead of a basic “access only” membership. We are looking for an enthusiastic personal trainer who can create memorable connections with our prospects and members through exceptional coaching guidance to help our members live their healthiest life. Our goal is to provide a team to our members rather than just a trainer and/or a gym. The right candidate for this position will hold a deep passion for helping people reach a healthier state of mind and body through building meaningful connections with members of the gym and our team. Essential job duties are as follows: 1. Conduct club tours and build a relationship with prospects. 2. Sign up new members and inform them of our purpose and training services. 3. Conduct fitness consultations with new members. 4. Conduct one-on-one personal training sessions with members. 5. Conduct group training sessions (up to 5 people) with gym members. 6. Promote/market your personal training services as well as anytime fitness group training packages/membership using the Club OS online App. 7. Use the Club OS system to schedule all appointments (fitness consultations, personal training sessions, group sessions, etc.), sell training packages, and send email campaigns. 8. Assist in developing promotions and marketing stratergies Requirements: -Valid Personal Trainer (or equivalent) certification from an accredited certifying agency. -Valid CPR and AED certification. Preferences: -Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: From $22.00 per hour Benefits:
