An exciting opportunity awaits for a Police Records Specialist to provide excellent service to customers and team members, work collaboratively across teams and departments, and respond promptly to inquiries and resolve basic issues. Other duties include gain knowledge of company offerings to better serve clients, coordinate tasks to ensure deadlines are met, manage daily responsibilities with a focus on quality and efficiency, assist with processing returns and exchanges, maintain accurate records and documentation, along with adapt to shifting priorities and business needs, assist with organizing, stocking, and general upkeep, follow safety procedures and company policies, support the preparation and delivery of goods or services. To excel in this position, you should have a willingness to learn and adapt, good communication skills, reliability and strong work ethic, basic computer literacy, a positive and cooperative attitude, and the ability to follow directions.
