growing, health-focused Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) Manhattan, NYC | Full-Time | Base Salary: $105-120,000 Are you an experienced hospitality leader with a passion for building high-performing teams and scaling successful catering operations? We're partnering with a growing, health-focused Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) brand based in Manhattan that currently operates multiple locations, with additional expansion already underway. This is an outstanding opportunity to join the executive leadership team and take ownership of one of the company's fastest-growing business channels: Catering, Breakfast, and Group Orders. About the Opportunity As Director of Catering Operations , you'll lead the strategy, execution, and continued growth of the company's catering division across multiple locations. Reporting to senior leadership, you'll oversee daily operations while developing the systems, processes, and organizational structure needed to support long-term expansion. This is a highly visible headquarters leadership role offering significant career growth as the company expands from two to three locations and continues building a nationally recognized healthy food brand. What You'll Do You'll be responsible for both the day-to-day execution and long-term strategic development of the catering operation, including: Leading multi-unit catering, breakfast, and group order operations Developing scalable systems, SOPs, and operational best practices Building, mentoring, and coaching Catering Managers and field leadership teams Driving operational excellence through performance metrics, accountability, and continuous improvement Partnering with Business Development to grow corporate catering accounts and key client relationships Ensuring exceptional food quality, presentation, accuracy, safety, and guest experience Collaborating with Operations, Culinary, and Executive Leadership on new initiatives, technology, menu development, and expansion strategies Managing high-volume catering production while maintaining profitability and operational consistency across all locations We're Looking For The ideal candidate is a proven hospitality operator who enjoys building businesses, developing people, and creating systems that scale.
