The Role: What You'll Do As the Director of Operations, you are the executive leader of the region. You bridge the gap between corporate vision and field execution. Strategic Multi-Unit Oversight: Lead a team of District Managers to achieve excellence across your patch. You are responsible for the regions total P&L, EBITDA, and market share. Cultivate a Leadership Pipeline: You are a talent architect. Your primary goal is to identify, mentor, and promote the next generation of multi-unit leaders. Operational Innovation: Identify regional trends and implement scalable solutions to improve throughput, reduce waste, and enhance the guest experience. Brand Integrity: Ensure 100% compliance with brand standards, food safety protocols, and guest service metrics. You set the bar for what "excellence" looks like in the Mid-Atlantic. Expansion & NSOs: Partner with the development team to oversee new store openings and market entries across the DMV and beyond. What You Bring to the Table Experience: 5+ years of executive leadership (Director level or high-level Multi-Unit) in a high-volume QSR or Fast-Casual environment. Mexican/Southwestern category experience is a major plus. P&L Mastery: Proven ability to manage a multi-million dollar regional budget with a track record of increasing profitability. Executive Presence: The ability to communicate effectively with C-suite executives while remaining relatable and inspiring to frontline teams. Market Knowledge: Deep familiarity with the Mid-Atlantic geography, labor laws, and consumer demographics.
