Responsibilities:

• Answering phones and taking orders or routing calls appropriately.
• Assisting walk-in customers with their orders and processing cash payments.
• Monitoring a shared office email inbox for incoming orders or customer requests.
• Performing clerical duties such as filing, basic data entry, emailing invoices/statements, and scheduling deliveries.
• Tracking office supply inventory and restocking when needed.
