Project Administrator

Wolgast Corporation | Saginaw, Michigan Status: Full-Time with Benefits FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt (Hourly) Wolgast Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our team in Saginaw, MI. This position plays a key role in supporting project managers through documentation, coordination, and administrative oversight throughout the project lifecycle. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Prepare requests for proposals (RFPs) and related documentation Coordinate, prepare, distribute, and administer project correspondence Prepare bid documentation; contact and distribute materials to prospective bidders Process, distribute, and log submittals and shop drawings Maintain standardized project files Assemble and prepare project cost control and pay books; keep data current and review monthly with the client Verify trade contractor bonds, certificates of insurance, sworn statements, and lien waivers Attend and participate in project interviews and presentations as needed Maintain the project manager's schedule and serve as their liaison Qualifications Two-year technical or business degree, or an equivalent combination of training and experience Working knowledge of finance/math, contracts, bookkeeping, and document control procedures Superior communication and interpersonal skills General knowledge of administrative and purchasing procedures Intermediate proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Knowledge or experience with building technology a plus Ability to work with minimal supervision Wolgast Offers Competitive pay Comprehensive benefits: Medical, Dental & Vision insurance, Life Insurance, Short- and Long-Term Disability Insurance, and more Paid vacation & holidays Employee ownership through our Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP) Incentive awards 401(k) plan Wolgast Corporation is Employee-Owned and an Equal Opportunity Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr Wolgast Corporation
