Receiving Coordinator
Twin City Staffing is hiring a receiving coordinator for a top warehouse team in Maple Lake, MN! In this role, you will receive incoming product, apply part labels, perform cycle counts, operate material handling equipment, and track inventory. Hours: 1st Shift: 7:00 am 3:00 pm, Monday Friday

Duties of the receiving coordinator:
- Receive, inspect, and label all incoming materials with correct part numbers and warehouse location tags
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment to move inventory across loading docks and storage bays
- Conduct regular inventory cycle counts and update material records using inventory management software
- Log all incoming and outgoing shipments, maintain receiving documentation, and assist with truck loading/unloading
Requirements of the receiving coordinator:
- Minimum 1+ year of warehouse or receiving experience within a manufacturing environment
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent education
- Ability or willingness to operate a forklift (training provided for qualified candidates)
- Basic computer proficiency for entering inventory data and maintaining documentation
- Basic math skills for accurate product counting and inventory verification
